Meet the Teacher

 

My name is Miss Melissa Ayotte and I have been an Early Childhood Music and piano teacher in Marin County for over 20 years.   I began studying piano with Antonia Cippolina in  Mill Valley in the early 1970's at the age of 5.  I studied privately for over 12 years and continued my music education at College of Marin with Paul Smith.   In addition to piano I also play guitar, drums and a few other instruments too.  I have played and performed professionally at local restaurants, theater companies and churches, and I have taught music at Hamilton Elementary School as well as several local preschools.
